- We construct your home using modular building system techniques in a climate controlled environment. Homes are constructed precisely using jigs and state of the art equipment so that the product meets exacting quality standards. Third party inspectors perform 300 quality inspections for code compliance and workmanship, to ensure the highest level of quality. In-plant inspectors as well as independent inspection agencies inspect your home on behalf of your state and local government, eliminating all but the need for a final inspection in each trade, which leads to quick occupancy. Your home requires all the permits and standards that a site-built home must pass.

- Building materials are stored under roof and all building activity is done in a climate-controlled environment. This produces a better quality product because there is minimal warping of lumber, decking, and sheathing due to weather. It also creates a better building process and efficient material usage. Mold and mildew don’t even have a chance to grow.

- Your homes exterior walls are built with 2x6's. This ensures that there are no problems while your home is shipped and then set onto its foundation. It also provides better energy efficiency.

- To begin with, our floor and wall systems are power nailed and glued in "jigs". This construction method is much faster than conventional and it ensures that floors, walls and ceilings are square, plumb and true.

- Our ceiling drywall is installed using expandable foam glue. This foam provides better adhesion and is stronger than nails or screws. Plus you will never have a nail pop in a ceiling that has no nails.
