Brings a great deal of experience
in the construction industry to his position as Manager of GW
Homes where he currently holds the Class "A" Contractor's license.
After 4 1/2 years of college, he worked as a general contractor
for over 12 years. He then became head of design and construction
for a hospital chain where he worked for 5 years; he was a
developer for 8 years. Subsequently worked 10 years at a large
equity investment company as Senior V.P. of Construction and
oversaw the development of 200+ apartment complexes for a total
of around 22,000 apartment units.
As a licensed Realtor Carrie is
responsible for locating land for us to build on or finding homes
for long term investments.
Brings to his position as Owner &
President of Design for GW Homes 5 years of experience designing
HVAC plans for clients that include Dulles Airport with HC Yu and
Associates, an additional 5 years experience with Odell Associates designing airports,
sports stadiums and large hospitals that include Memorial Regional
Medical Center in Mechanicsville, VA and 1 year of experience
designing multi-million dollar homes in Palm Beach, FL. In
addition he co-designed "Tern of The Century" beach house in
Corolla, NC with Robert Proost, Sr.
